The CAC is teaming up with Foundation Kitchen, culinary incubator, to present this cooking class series.
Join the New Cook with CAC session on March 10, 2017! Enjoy Arabic authentic cooking you cannot find at any culinary school.
Learn with Chef Majd how to prepare and cook the stuffing then how to prepare, decorate, and cook Ouzi pockets. We will also learn how to make two different yogurt salads that are a perfect match to the main course.
A vegetarian option for the stuffing will be provided upon request. Please send a vegetarian preference request to the following email: email@example.com after registering to the class. Seats are limited. Please register to book your seat– No walk in registrations.
Class will give great information about the cultural background of Middle Eastern cooking, followed by hands-on preparation for the recipe, and finally, eating and celebrating the sweet taste of success!
