Policies: enrollment, fees, refunds

New Student Enrollment:
We normally limit acceptance of new students to the fall semester. Any mid-year acceptances are at the sole discretion of the school committee and subject to individual student ability. Our goal is to ensure that all of our students are equipped to succeed and the quality and continuity of instruction is maintained at all times.

For children Classes: Tuition is $450/ student per semester or $850 for the whole year (Fall and Spring Semesters):

  • You can either mail a check, pay online or by Credit Card.

1- Early Bird Registration: If you register online or by mailing a check now till Saturday Sept. 5, tuition will be $800/ student for the whole year or $425/ student per semester.

2- If you register on the first day of school, Sunday September 17, tuition will be $850/ student for the whole year or $450/ student per semester.

3- With any payment after Sunday September 17, either online, by credit card, or check, a late fee of $50/ student will be added to the tuition.

For Adult Classes: Tuition is $475/ student per semester or $900 for the whole year (Fall and Spring Semesters).

To ensure quality instruction, we do our best to limit classes to 15 students. New registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and we strongly encourage our parents to register early.

Returning Student Enrollment

To guarantee a spot in the next academic year, a non-refundable $50 enrollment fee per returning student is due by August 15th. The $50 enrollment fee will be applied towards your school tuition.

Late enrollment and mid-year applications

Late enrollment: enrollment for students applying after September 17th will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Late enrollment cannot be accepted beyond the third class of the Fall semester.

Mid-year applications: We normally limit acceptance of new students (including previous students who did not enroll in the Fall semester) to the Fall semester. Any mid-year acceptances are at the sole discretion of the school committee and subject to individual student ability. Our goal is to ensure that all of our students are equipped to succeed and the quality and continuity of instruction is maintained at all times.

Enrollment fees

Enrollment Fees: To guarantee a spot in the next academic year, a non-refundable $50 enrollment fee per returning student is due by August 15th. The $50 enrollment fee will be applied towards your school tuition.

Refunds

The enrollment fee for each returning student, paid by July 15, is non-refundable.

Tuition, paid in full, may be partially refunded, as follows:

  • if requested prior to the second class, a 75% refund applies.
  • if requested prior to the third class, a 50% refund applies.
  • tuition is non-refundable after the third class begins.

Late fee
A late fee of $50 will apply if payment is not postmarked by September 17, 2017.

    Hello,
    My daughter is a high school senior. She took three years of Arabic at her school, but the school does not offer a fourth year. She wants to continue studying, so we were excited to see about your Sunday course offerings. I just want to make sure that there will be a class that enrolls teens (she is 17 years old).

      Thank you for your message. Yes, We have classes for all levels and definitely for high school students.
      you can register now and at the first day of school, we will hold a little placement test for your daughter to determine her level in our classes.

      Dear Ghania, Thank you for contacting the CAC.
      Yes there is still spots.
      The school started on Sunday Sept. 13 but the first class was introductory. Nai can still join the class this Sunday.
      Please arrive at the school at 1:00 pm so the school director can do a placement test for Nai and determine the suitable level.
